ABA member booksellers have voted to pass five bylaws changes as put forth by the Board of Directors. 

Five Coffee Breaks will be held in December, including a late-night session and a BIPOC-only session. The final Coffee Break of the year will take place on December 15.

ABA bookstore members will receive a discounted hourly rate of $90 per hour for most HR services. There is no monthly rate and no startup fee. 

Stores have until Friday, November 20, to vote on five items proposed by the Board of Directors.

A late-night Coffee Break for November was also added for this Thursday, November 19, at 8:00 p.m. ET.

The American Booksellers Association’s Board of Directors has proposed five items for member stores to vote on; one vote per store will be accepted, and votes are due November 20.

These virtual events, open to all ABA member booksellers, offer an opportunity to talk about any bookselling-related topics.
