Plans Changed for Winter Institute? Tell ABA by November 15 to Score a Refund

Registration for the American Booksellers Association’s 2020 Winter Institute is full, so registered booksellers whose plans have changed are asked to notify ABA as soon as possible so that booksellers on the waitlist can be offered a chance to attend. Those who inform ABA by this Friday, November 15, will have their money refunded.
Event, tour, and hotel registrations can be cancelled by e-mailing [email protected]. The ABA hotel room block at the Hilton Baltimore is now filled, and booksellers on the waitlist will be notified if cancellations are received. To be placed on the first-come, first-served waitlist for rooms as they become available, complete the hotel waitlist form.
The 15th annual Winter Institute will be held January 21–24, 2020, at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor in Baltimore, Maryland. The event is sponsored by Ingram Content Group and publishers large and small. Questions about Wi15 can be sent to [email protected].
