Nine Gift Card Designs May Come Your Way

Your store may only sell one or two Book Sense gift card designs, but there are nine different card designs that may be brought into your store for redemption.

In addition to the five original Book Sense gift card designs -- Tome Dark, Tome Lite, Modern Reader, Bookworm, and El Libro -- there are three publisher-sponsored cards on the market, as well as a custom-designed card from Warwick's of La Jolla, California.

Vintage/Anchor's Book Sense gift card design features the William Faulkner quote, "Read, read, read. Read everything." Viking's gift card has a Thanksgiving theme and features Jan Karon's Mitford Cookbook & Kitchen Reader, while the card from Penguin has a Christmas theme and promotes Karon's Shepherds Abiding. And now, Book Sense gift card participants should be on the lookout for a special gift from Random House. Landing in stores any day, from Random House Children's Books comes a 9" x 12" acrylic display with a small pocket in the front (just the right size for Book Sense Gift Cards). The display, which is colorful and built to last a long time, features artwork from Wild About Books, written by Judy Sierra and illustrated by Marc Brown.
