Children’s Book Art Up for Grabs at Ci7

Ten pieces of original artwork created by children’s book illustrators will be raffled off later this month at the 2019 ABC Children’s Institute (Ci7), which will be held June 26–28 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Ci7 attendees will be able to purchase raffle tickets — $5 for one ticket or $20 for an arm’s length of tickets off the roll — throughout the event. The winners will be called on Friday, June 28, during the Rep Picks Plenary Lunch.
While more than 100 pieces of children’s book artwork were auctioned off at the 2019 BookExpo last week, these pieces were held in reserve specifically for the Children’s Institute raffle.
Proceeds from both events benefit the American Booksellers for Free Expression (ABFE) and Every Child a Reader.
