In light of the many bookstore closures resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak, booksellers who are insured through the Great American Insurance Group (including those who were formerly with LIBRIS) are invited to contact Great American’s claims department to discuss potential business interruption coverage.

Booksellers with questions about their policy and the current pandemic can call 1-877-589-6846 and select Option 1. Ron Morrison from Great American Insurance claims is able to answer claims coverage questions.
