Sourcebooks has acquired award-winning nature publisher Dawn Publications.

The Experiment has acquired Appletree Press.

Sonny Mehta, editor in chief of Knopf and chairman of the Knopf Doubleday Publishing Group, died on December 30 at the age of 77.
