Winter Institute Fully Booked - Waiting List Forming

Winter Institute 7 is now fully booked. However, a waiting list is forming, and, if you would like to be added to the waiting list, please fill out the waiting list form.Wi7, sponsored by the Ingram Content Group, is open exclusively to ABA bookstore and provisional members.

Registration is capped at 500 booksellers to ensure a dynamic yet intimate event. In the event that there are cancellations, spaces will be filled on a first-come first-served basis.

Full information on Wi7 can be found at the new Winter Institute website, wi7.bookweb.org.  The event website features the complete event schedule along with session descriptions, presenters, travel discounts, and more. Information on the site is being updated on an ongoing basis, so registrants are encouraged to check back often. The site also features registration pages for Wi7’s publisher sponsors. (Publisher registration, which is limited to event sponsors, is not included in the 500-cap.)

Wi7 will be held from Wednesday, January 18, through Friday, January 20, 2012, at the Astor Crowne Plaza in New Orleans’ French Quarter. Reservations at the Astor Crowne Plaza at the special rate of $129 per night are available only to booksellers, publishers, and authors who have registered for Wi7. The e-mail confirming event registration will include a special rate code and link to the Astor Crowne Plaza web page.
