The Winter Institute Bookseller Attendee List & More

The full list of Winter Institute bookseller attendees is now available to ABA members who are logged into BookWeb.org. Since networking is one of the biggest draws of attending the Winter Institute, ABA encourages booksellers to use the list to find out who of their colleagues will be at this January’s education event in Seattle. The list can be sorted by last name, company, city, state, and zip code. There is also a column indicating whether a bookseller is a first-time attendee.

Later this month, booksellers will be divided into discussion groups, and in early January they will hear from their discussion group leader, who will be a current ABA Board member. The group assignment will also be noted on a bookseller’s Wi9 badge, to be picked up at the Welcome Desk upon arrival at The Westin Seattle.

Booksellers who are no longer planning to attend the Winter Institute, as well as anyone who no longer needs their reservations at The Westin, are asked to contact ABA as soon as possible.

The Author Page on the Winter Institute website is being updated on an ongoing basis as participants are confirmed; booksellers are encouraged to revisit often. If a publisher is offering bookseller attendees early print or e-galleys of an author’s upcoming title, contact information is provided at the end of the author bio.
