Winter Institute 11 Bookseller Attendee List Now Available

Booksellers, publishers, and guests who are registered for the 2016 Winter Institute in Denver can now check out the Wi11 Bookseller Registrants Listing to see the roster of bookseller attendees. (A BookWeb username and password are required to access the list.)

The list can be sorted alphabetically by bookseller name, store name, state, zip code, and other categories simply by clicking on the arrows in the header of the corresponding column. The entire list can also be printed by first changing the rows per page, found at the bottom of the screen, to 1,000, then clicking on the printer icon in the upper right corner of the header bar. The list does not include booksellers who chose, during the registration process, not to share their e-mail addresses with Wi11’s sponsors and other guests.

Registrants who are no longer planning to attend the Winter Institute are reminded to notify the American Booksellers Association as soon as possible, so waiting booksellers can be offered a chance to attend. To cancel an event registration, contact ABA’s Winter Institute team; to cancel hotel reservations or to remove a name from the waitlist, contact ABA Meetings & Planning Officer Jill Perlstein.

The waitlists are now closed; however, booksellers currently on the lists will be notified on a first-come, first-served basis if cancellations are received.
