The Winter Institute’s Author Roster
Author Clarence Lusane autographs at Wi6's Thursday night reception. |
Thanks to the Winter Institute’s publisher sponsors, a record-breaking 62 authors participated in this year’s event. Authors and illustrators were there to sign books and to talk to booksellers about their forthcoming titles at Thursday night’s Author Reception and Friday night’s Closing Reception, hosted by small presses.
After the Author Reception, Bonnie Jo Campbell, author of Once Upon a River: A Novel (Norton), talked about the event on her blog.
“What an honor to be invited to hang with booksellers at the ABA Winter Institute,” she wrote. “I wish I had taken a bunch of photos, but I was so engaged in conversation during the entire two and a half hour author reception that I forgot to take out my camera.”
The full list of reception participants is below. The Winter Institute was made possible by the generous support of the Ingram Content Group, the lead event sponsor.
