Wi5 Booked to Capacity -- Waiting List Now Forming

Registration for the American Booksellers Association's Fifth Annual Winter Institute (Wi5) is now booked to capacity. ABA bookstore and provisional members who would like to add their names to a waiting list should send an e-mail to [email protected]. As cancellations are received, spaces will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registered booksellers who no longer plan to attend are also asked to notify ABA as soon as possible via e-mail to [email protected], so that waiting booksellers can fill their places. Registration for Wi5, which will be held from February 3 - 5, 2010, in San Jose, California, is capped at 500.

Reservations at Wi5's host hotel, the Doubletree San Jose, at the special room rate of $115/night are also soldout. Booksellers who no longer need their hotel reservations are asked to contact ABA rather than the hotel, so that waiting booksellers can be assigned their rooms.
