Wi4 Merchandising Tours: Filled and Going Fast

Among the special features of the upcoming ABA Winter Institute are store merchandising tours led by Calvin Crosby of San Francisco's Books Inc. and of the Northern California Independent Booksellers Association's "Peer Eye Review."

The tour to The King's English Bookshop for booksellers at small to mid-size stores is already booked to capacity, however, and a waiting list is now forming. The tour to Sam Weller's Zion Bookstore, which will concentrate on merchandising issues especially relevant to larger stores, is filling fast.

Booksellers interested in signing up for the tour to Sam Weller's, which is on Saturday, January 31, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., or who would like to be added to the waiting list for The King's English tour on Friday, January 30, from 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m., should send an e-mail to ABA Education Coordinator Jamie Rogers at [email protected].
