Send a Valentine

Acknowledging that this is the toughest time of the year to ask for bookseller nomination submissions, Book Sense is urging all booksellers to take a moment or two to submit nominations to ensure that the next two lists are the strongest they can possibly be:

• The February Book Sense Picks List, which has a deadline of Friday, December 2, and
• The Valentine's Day Top Ten, which has a deadline of Friday, December 9.

To make the process even easier, nominations can now be submitted by e-mail to [email protected], or the convenient online nomination form at www.bookweb.org/read/6305 can still be used.

The Valentine's Day Top Ten is one of the lists that Book Sense produces in conjunction with the Association of American Publishers (AAP), and booksellers can submit nominations for either adult or children's titles in either hardcover or paperback. Regarding the February Picks List, booksellers are reminded that submitting staff picks from shelf-talkers, newsletters, or store websites is a great way to make submitting nominations easier.
