A number of publishers are sponsoring the “Anti-Racist Allyship: Awareness, Knowledge, and Skills to Foster Equity with Cultures Connecting” workshop at the American Booksellers Association’s virtual Children’s Institute, taking place July 15–16, 2020, making the workshop free for attending booksellers.

The publisher sponsors are:

  • Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing
  • Sourcebooks

Note: The workshop is now full, but booksellers can get on the waitlist. Booksellers who registered for the workshop but can no longer attend are encouraged to email [email protected] so waiting booksellers can take their place.

Children’s Institute will resume in person on June 16–18, 2021, at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona. Questions about the institute should be directed to [email protected]
