Each month, the Indie Next List Notables presents an intriguing range of titles recommended by indie booksellers nationwide. Great POP materials for in-store displays -- electronic files in PDF format of both the January Indie Next List Notables flier and shelf-talkers -- are now available on BookWeb.org.

The January Notables list features first-fiction works from John Niven (Kill Your Friends, Harper Perennial) and Maria Semple (This One Is Mine, Little Brown), and a wide range of nonfiction -- including The Green Collar Economy: How One Solution Can Fix Our Two Biggest Problems by Van Jones (HarperOne), Seven Days in the Art World by Sarah Thornton (Norton), and That Went Well: Adventures in Caring for My Sister by Terrell Harris Dougan (Hyperion).

Booksellers with comments, questions, and suggestions for the Next List are encouraged to contact Dan Cullen, editor-in-chief of the Indie Next List, via e-mail.

Stores that need more copies of the Indie Next List fliers should e-mail ABA's Linda Ford.
