Important BEA Deadlines for ABA Members

Here’s a look at key deadlines for booksellers planning to take advantage of exclusive ABA member-only events and discounted prices at BookExpo America 2015:

May 1: Deadline to book a room at the Grand Hyatt New York, this year’s Hotel ABA, at the special ABA member rate. Learn more and book now.

May 11: Last day to register for the exclusive bookseller/publisher networking event Meet the Editor. (Publicists Speed Dating has already reached maximum capacity and is now closed.)

May 15:

• Reservations close for the free, ABA member-only Celebration of Bookselling & Author Awards Lunch;
   
• And it’s the last day to purchase tickets for the ABC/CBC Speed Dating Lunch With Children’s Authors and/or the ABC/CBC Tea With Children’s Authors & Illustrators.

To receive free badges to the 2015 trade show, ABA member booksellers must register directly with BookExpo America.
