Photo of facade of The Row NYCThe Row NYC Hotel, Hotel ABA for BookExpo 2017, is almost sold out, so booksellers at ABA member stores should make their reservations now to lock in the special members-only rate.

The room rate of $200 per night, which includes all taxes and fees (approximately $33 per night per room), is available for the nights of Tuesday, May 30, through Saturday, June 3, 2017. The special ABA member rate at The Row (700 Eighth Avenue in Manhattan) is made possible by a significant financial commitment from Reed Exhibitions, the presenter of BookExpo.

The room block at Hotel ABA is being filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To access Hotel ABA reservation information, booksellers will need a BookWeb username and password.

On Tuesday night, May 30, The Row will be the site of a BookExpo kickoff party for indie booksellers hosted by Penguin Random House. Booksellers are invited to join the publisher for nightcaps from 9:00 p.m. to midnight in the hotel’s District M café/lounge.

This year’s BookExpo will be held at the Javits Convention Center from Wednesday, May 31, to Friday, June 2. ABA member booksellers who provide their ABA ID member number during the BookExpo registration process will receive a free badge for the event. Booksellers who do not know their ID number should send a request with their name, job title, and store to [email protected] or call (800) 637-0037, ext. 7536.
