BookSense.com Sites Start Taking Pre-Orders for Clinton Memoir

On Thursday, April 29, BookSense.com announced that bookstore sites could begin taking pre-orders for former President Bill Clinton's memoir, My Life, which will be published at the end of June by Knopf.

BookSense.com joined other online retailers that had already begun pre-selling the highly anticipated book, which has not yet been assigned a price or ISBN by the publisher.

To accommodate pre-orders, BookSense.com followed the lead of other online retailers and estimated the price of Clinton's memoir at $35, with a warning that the price is subject to change. My Life has also been assigned a dummy ISBN that will not allow the book to be listed in search results, but will only appear if bookstores feature the title in a local content section.
