ABA Hotel’s Special Rates End May 3

Tuesday, May 3, is the deadline for reservations at the special rates secured by BookExpo America for ABA member booksellers at the Holiday Inn on 57th Street in midtown Manhattan. The hotel offers ABA members the discounted rates of $175 for one or two beds, single or double occupancy; $190 for triple occupancy; and $205 for a quad.

The Holiday Inn, at 440 West 57th Street (between 9th and 10th), provides easy access to BEA via shuttle, taxi, bus or subway. Amenities include a rooftop pool overlooking the city skyline, a concierge desk/business center, fitness center, and gift shop. The hotel will also be the site of evening receptions on Sunday, May 22, hosted by Random House Publishing Group, and on Monday, May 23, hosted by independent presses.

To make a reservation at the special rate, booksellers will need the booking code accessible here to members only; other hotel options are available via the BEA website.

Booksellers who no longer need their reservations at the Holiday Inn are reminded that cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to check-in time, otherwise one night’s room rate and tax will be charged to the credit card on file with the hotel. Cancellations should be made through Travel Planners at (866) 940-0944 or (212) 532-1660. Reservation specialists are available Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. ET.
