ABA Announces Winter Institute Scholarship Winners

Twenty-two booksellers have been named the recipients of publisher-sponsored scholarships to the American Booksellers Association's Fifth Annual Winter Institute, sponsored by Ingram.
"Thanks to the generosity of our Publisher Partners, today we are pleased to announce the recipients of scholarships to our 2010 Winter Institute," said ABA COO Len Vlahos. "We hope all ABA members will join us in thanking these publishers for their continuing support of independent booksellers."
ABA also named the recipient of its inaugural Avin Mark Domnitz Scholarship, awarded to a participant in the 2008 ABACUS Survey in honor of the former ABA CEO's wide-ranging contributions to independent bookselling.
