11 New Indie Bookstores Open in July
Printer-friendly versionABA welcomed to its membership ranks 11 indie bookstores that opened in July, as well as one branch of an existing store. In addition, one additional bookstore opened in June, bringing the total for the month of June to 13. (To read about the June bookstore openings, click here.)
Nearly all regions of the country saw new bookstores open -- from Northvale, New Jersey's Books and Greetings to Brawley, California's Navor Bookstore -- and more than a dozen stores opened across the country in just the past month and a half.
