Any single virtual event is available to any one person anywhere, so how does a store measure a virtual event’s success? Is it pre or post sales, attendance, post-event hits on YouTube, increased engagement on social media channels, or repeat attendance? In this discussion, booksellers will be able to share how they are measuring ROI on virtual events during a time of hybrid experiences.
