At Ci6, Mallika Chopra will share practical tips from her forthcoming children’s how-to meditation book, Just Breathe: Meditation, Mindfulness, Movement, and More.

Temple Grandin, author of the forthcoming Calling All Minds: How to Think and Create Like an Inventor, will discuss her childhood love for inventors and the importance of kids having time to tinker.

ABA members and friends of CBC can enjoy a lively lunch with 20 children’s book authors as they pitch their new projects at BookExpo 2018. Reserve your tickets now; space is limited.

Independent bookstores, libraries, and schools are invited to participate in this year’s One World, Many Stories display contest for a chance to win a set of children’s and young adult books.

Booksellers heading to New Orleans for the sixth annual Children’s Institute can attend sessions on branding, opening a new store, creating LGBTQ youth programs, marketing STEM titles, and Edelweiss.

Sponsored by the ABC Children’s Group at ABA and the Children’s Book Council, the auction will honor Ashley Bryan and feature the announcement of the Children’s and Teen Choice Book Award winners.
