PW Names Finalists for 2016 Bookstore, Rep of the Year Awards

At the Winter Institute’s Tuesday morning breakfast, Publishers Weekly revealed the names of five finalists for its 2016 Bookstore of the Year Award and four finalists for Sales Rep of the Year. The winners will be announced in late March.

This year’s finalists for PW Bookstore of the Year are:

• Books Inc. in San Francisco, California
• Brazos Bookstore in Houston, Texas
• Greenlight Bookstore in Brooklyn, New York
• Phoenix Books in Essex Junction, Vermont
• Village Books in Bellingham, Washington

Finalists for PW Sales Rep of the Year are:

• Toi Crockett of Simon & Schuster
• Judy DeBerry of Hachette
• Tim Hepp of Simon & Schuster
• Kurtis Lowe of Book Travelers West
• Lise Solomon of Karel/Dutton Group

The winners will be honored at BookExpo America 2016’s Author Breakfast and will be featured in the pre-BEA edition of Publishers Weekly on April 18.
