Still Time to Submit Bacardi Book Club Sweepstakes Entries

Stores with Book Sense participating in the Bacardi Mixers/Book Sense Book Club Sweepstakes, which ended on September 30, must submit entries to D.L. Blair, Att: C.R., 1548 Front Street, Blair, NE 68008-1641 to arrive no later than Thursday, November 13. The drawing for the sweepstakes winners is scheduled for November 21. Winners will be announced in Bookselling This Week and by mail.

Booksellers returning entries by UPS may bill the charges directly to D.L. Blair (contact Perlstein for the account number). The phone number for UPS shipments is (402) 426-4701. The following information should be included with the entries: store name, full address, phone number, storeowner contact name, and e-mail address.

Bookstores that received the Party Kit and sweepstakes material, but chose not to participate must notify ABA Marketing Director Jill Perlstein at [email protected] to that effect.

Note: Sweepstakes regulations require that all booksellers who received Bacardi sweepstakes materials notify Perlstein of the status of their participation (e.g., will mail entries, did not participate, sent entries already) in the program via e-mail. Booksellers who have already contacted Perlstein need not do so again.
