The hotel is currently sold out. Attendees should email childrensinstitute@bookweb.org with cancellations or requests for changes to arrivals/departures.

 

The ABA Rate is $129 plus tax (single/double occupancy, inclusive of resort fee) and is available until Thursday, May 26, or until the block is sold out. There is a $20 per night extra person charge.

The ABA Rate is valid for bookings from June 18 through June 26, 2016, subject to availability.

 

The resort fee includes:

• Guest room WiFi
• Daily Fitness Center and Spa Access
• Use of lounge computers
• Boarding pass printer
• Weekday newspapers in the lobby and fitness center
• Shuttles to area attractions: Sea World, Universal, and Wet & Wild (check with front desk for details)
• Free local and toll-free calls and up to 30 minutes long distance within the continental USA.
• Free self-parking

 

Parking: There are two large parking lots located at the Wyndam Orlando. Attendees who are not staying at the hotel can self-park for $10 a day. 

The hotel does not offer a complimentary shuttle to/from the airport, however Mears Transportation Group is offering ABC Children's Institute attendees a discount.
