Shoppers are writing social media odes to their favorite indie bookstores as part of a special giveaway in celebration of Indies First on Small Business Saturday.

The founder of Village Books and Paper Dreams biked across the country and raised funds for nonprofits, including $13,000 for the Book Industry Charitable Foundation. 

With just a few days to go until Indies First on Small Business Saturday, here are some last-minute reminders and tips for making the most of the celebration.
