Thursday, March 25, 2021 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM EDT
With the increase in social media use in 2020, Twitter has become an integral way for messages and calls to action to spread quickly. It is also a platform that can help you grow your community of like-minded retailers and consumers who will share your message through re-Tweets, connect your store with new and potential customers, build community, and support each other. This presentation will outline important considerations for engaging with Twitter’s online community, the value of curating a store’s list of followers and leaning into a bookstore’s persona, and the value of participating in conversations, and explain when to use Twitter vs. other social media platforms.
