Main Street Books has been in business for 19 years and is still owned by the original owner who is looking to retire. May or may not include the building it is occupied in, which includes four apartments that are completely furnished with little to no turnover. 

All fixtures and inventory are included as well as a small kombucha business/brewery/licensed kitchen.
