Ballot on Proposed Change to ABA Bylaws

At its July 2015 meeting, the American Booksellers Association Board of Directors unanimously approved a proposal to amend the association’s bylaws to increase the number of members serving on the Board of Directors from 10 to 11. Amendments to ABA’s bylaws must be approved by a majority vote of bookstore members, with at least 10 percent of the members voting.

Voting on the proposed change closed October 26, 2015.
