IBD 2022 Order Form

Please read these instructions carefully, as the responses could impact the effective processing of your IBD order. 

1. You must be a logged-in ABA member to use this form. If you do not know your log-in credentials please email us at [email protected].

2. Each bookstore receives a 45% discount for the retail price listed for each exclusive.

3. Please fill out this form with the same information on your Ingram Account. If you are uncertain who your Ingram account holder is, please review your most recent Ingram shipment label to determine the correct contact name and shipping address. 

4. Please take your time and review all the information for typos and errors. The email and addresses you provide will be put into our spreadsheet and incorrect information could result in a communication or shipping error. Due to concerns over the supply chain, it is especially important that other errors do not play a role in the delay of order processing and fufillment. 

5. There is a 15-item minimum needed for free shipping AND freebies. Free items, Blackwing Pencils and T-shirts do not count towards the 15-item minimum.
