The Spring 2008 Book Sense Children's Picks Preview

The Spring 2008 Book Sense Children's Picks List is available now for preview. The list will be arriving at independent bookstores with Book Sense by the end of this month.
Additional copies of the Spring Kids' Picks may be requested via e-mail to [email protected].
The list was developed with the input of independent booksellers nationwide, and it features their selections of notable titles for young children and teens.
The spring list also features a special sidebar of recent and backlist graphic novels for young readers and teens that was derived from suggestions of independent booksellers.
Looking ahead, there are two more Picks deadlines this month:
- Friday, February 22, is the deadline for the Book Sense Picks Poetry Top Ten, and
- Friday, February 29, is the deadline for the May Picks list.
Booksellers can submit Book Sense Picks recommendations via e-mail to [email protected] or via the electronic nomination form on ABA's trade website, BookWeb.org.
