ABA Annual Meeting Presentation Available

Reports presented to American Booksellers Association members at the ABA Annual Meeting on Friday, May 19, at BookExpo America are available to all members in a PDF document on the association's trade website, BookWeb.org.

Included are a report on the 2006 election results, presented by Nominating Committee Chair Cathy Langer of Denver's Tattered Cover; the Membership Report, presented by ABA Vice President (and incoming ABA President) Russ Lawrence of Chapter One Book Store in Hamilton, Montana; and the report by ABA CEO Avin Mark Domnitz on ABA's Strategic Plan implementation.

The September 30, 2005 and 2004 Consolidated Balance Sheets for ABA and its subsidiaries, prepared by KPMG, as well as financial statements prepared by ABA, are also part of the report.
