ABA Affinity Partner Chosen Payments to Offer Sign-Up Incentives at BookExpo

Representatives from Chosen Payments, the preferred provider for credit card processing services for ABA bookstore members, will be meeting with booksellers in the ABA Member Lounge at this month's BookExpo trade show. There, the company will be offering a special sign-up incentive for ABA members only.

Over the years, Chosen Payments has taken on many bookstore customers, and now, they are offering to pay new clients who are ABA members a bonus of $500 if they cannot help save them money on processing fees. In addition, ABA members who sign up with Chosen Payments at BookExpo will get a $100 signing bonus.

Neither of these offers apply to BanCard/Applied Merchant/BlueSquare customers, as these companies were acquired by Chosen Payments; if booksellers process with one of these providers, they are already a Chosen Payments client.

Many ABA members have switched to Chosen Payments since ABA announced its partnership in 2018, and booksellers who select Chosen Payments as their new provider will get member benefits including:

BookExpo will take place from May 29-31 in the Javits Convention Center in New York City; the ABA Member Lounge and Galley Room is located in the UnBound section on the trade show floor (Booth 2962). The Lounge will be open on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.; on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (closed from 2:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. for ABA’s Town Hall and Annual Meeting); and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
