2018 Audie Award Winners Announced

The Audio Publishers Association (APA) announced the winners of the 2018 Audie Awards at its 23rd Annual Audies Gala on May 31, the most prestigious awards in the United States honoring audiobooks.

Authors, narrators, and publishers gathered at the New York Historical Society in New York City to hear the list of winners. The Audiobook of the Year recognizes the work that, through quality, innovation, marketing, and sales, has had the most significant impact on the industry. This year’s prize went to Lincoln in the Bardo, written by George Saunders and voiced by a cast of over 160 actors.
