Leadership Workshop for Owners and Managers (pre-reg required)

This full-day workshop will introduce principles and competencies for developing leadership skills in yourself and others. The program will help participants better understand the challenges facing their businesses and identify ways to make progress on these tough issues. This workshop is presented by the Kansas Leadership Center team, which led a successful session on the same topic at Wi11, and facilitated the event’s first-time debrief. Attendance at the Winter Institute is not required; open to ABA member owners and managers only. Space is limited; first come-first served.
