IndieCommerce Institute

A Virtual Event

March 17-18, 2021

Registration is now open for the 2021 IndieCommerce Institute, which will be held Wednesday, March 17, to Thursday, March 18.

This year’s interactive, classroom-style workshop is migrating to a virtual setting. The live, one-time-only programming is free and limited to the first 200 registrants.

The COVID-19 pandemic triggered a seismic shift in consumer behavior; more people are shopping and buying online than ever before. This year’s IndieCommerce Institute will focus on helping stores manage website content, look at how to optimize their online shopping cart for higher conversion rates, and review all the new tools and features added to the IndieCommerce platform.  The full list of session topics can be found here.

IndieCommerce Institute 2021 will offer two days of programming:

Each seminar will include three sessions that will feature an hour of presentation followed by 30 minutes of live Q&A, plus step-by-step instructions for the topics covered. Booksellers can reach out to [email protected] for more information about the IndieCommerce Institute.

Recordings of previous IndieCommerce Institute sessions can be found by checking the “IndieCommerce” category at the top of BookWeb’s Education Resources.
