ABA's Bookseller Lightning Talks series features booksellers presenting 5-10 minute talks on tech tools, organizational strategies, communication methods, or innovations they’ve made in their stores. Each presentation will be followed by time for Q&A and discussion. Lightning Talks take place on the second Thursday of every month. Note that our meeting date for February has moved to Thursday, January 22, due to ABA's Winter Institute. February's meeting will feature: Erin Ball of Third Place Books (Lake Forest Park, WA) on Bookstore Crawls, Terri LeBlanc of Swamp Fox Bookstore (Marion, IA) on Indie (self-published) Author Fairs, Ryan Clark of Gibson’s Bookstore (Concord, NH) on Bookstore BINGO and #BookHaul Photo Booths, and Eileen McCormick of Green Apple Books (San Francisco, CA) on Partnering with Community Organizations.
For events requiring registration, registration links are visible to logged-in, ABA bookseller members only.
