Book Biz Book Club: Actions Speak Louder

The Book Biz Book Club is designed to help booksellers elevate their business acumen and stay ahead in the dynamic world of bookselling. Join us as we read and discuss a diverse range of business books, ranging from retail strategies and customer engagement, to time management and workplace dynamics. On May 15 at 3pm ET, join us for a conversation about Actions Speak Louder: A Step-by-Step Guide to Becoming an Inclusive Workplace by Deanna Singh (9780593418215).
