Whether you are a new manager of a team or manage only one other employee, this conversation will give you insight and help you to build the skills and mindset you need to become an effective leader. Great for new managers, for owners who need tips on coaching new managers, and for owners to send new managers to. And if you already have the skills, this will provide you with a refresher. Come prepared to hear about how to hold your team accountable, motivate and support staff, and transition to managing peers and friends.
