Come to this panel to find out! A panel of booksellers will address the nitty-gritty of what it means to be an employer. This discussion will include how to create and circulate a job posting, conduct interviews, schedule employees, and delegate. A handout from Rose Miller, senior director of strategic relationships at GTM Payroll Services Inc., will provide additional guidance to make sure your foray into the role of employer will be compliant.
