If your website is experiencing a critical issue like these, you may use this form to alert the IndieCommerce team.

If you are about to report that your website is down, first check to see if your website is accessible on a mobile device with wifi turned off. If you can access it on a mobile device, then your website is not offline and the outage you are experiencing is probably a local issue.

Please include as much detail as possible when reporting a critical outage.
