Login information:

• BookWeb login
• If you don't have a BookWeb account, you can make one now. If you forgot your password, you can recover it now or reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
• Swoogo login (if you have one)
• Once you are logged in on BookWeb, click on the Wi2024 registration link to access our event platform, Swoogo, where you will need to register. (Or, log in if you previously registered for Ci2023).

Attendee details:

• Your unique email address
• Preferred name and pronouns
• Cell phone number
• If you identify as part of the BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, Disability, and/or Neurodivergent communities (Optional)
  • If you are registering someone else, please discuss with them beforehand to ensure they can choose how and whether to self-identify.
    
• If you would like to be contacted about accessibility concerns
• Any dietary restrictions

Organization details:

• ABA ID number
• Membership type (Bookstore or Provisional)
• Primary Retail Type (Storefront, Pop-up, Mobile, Events-only, or Online only)
• Whether or not your store is BIPOC owned
  • If you are not the owner, please discuss with the owner whether they want this information shared.
• Region your store belongs to (CALIBA, GLIBA, MIBA, etc.)

• Winter Institute Registration: $335
• Day Pass: $100
• Stores within a 100 mile radius of Cincinnati are eligible for a Day Pass.
• Paz Bookstore Training Workshop Registration: $199
• This workshop will be held Sunday, February 11.
• To register for this workshop, you must also register for the full Winter Institute or a Sunday Day Pass.
  
• Paz workshop fee is separate from Winter Institute registration.
• IndieCommerce 2.0 Workshop Registration
• This workshop will be held Sunday, February 11.
