IndieCommerce 1% Commission Reporting Error
Some bookstores on the IndieCommerce 1.0 platform may have noticed that they are now seeing multiple 1% commission reports dating back to May of 2022, rather than the usual single report that is generated each month. This reporting error also resulted in some stores being undercharged for their monthly 1% commission going back to May as well.
We are in the process of correcting this multiple report error and recalculating the 1% commission for the stores that were impacted by the reporting error. You should see updated reports on your IndieCommerce 1.0 website by the end of next week.
