Limited Customer Support Availability Next week
During the week of Ci10 (6/20 - 6/24) IndieCommerce customer support will be operating with fewer staff than usual. This may impact ticket response times. On Friday June 24 following Ci10, ABA's office will be closed and IndieCommerce customer support will only be responding to critical outage reports. An additional navigation icon for newsletter signups and drop shadows for book and product images are now available for stores who use the Flatlands or Santa Rosa themes. Here are two possible solutions if you don't see these updates on your website.. - Mouse over the small 'Home' icon towards the left side of the admin menu on your IC website and click on the 'Flush all caches' from the dropdown menu.
