Ingram Recommends 12/13 Cutoff Date For XMas Delivery OF CDF Orders
Ingram has announced that they are anticipating a busy season and that there may be service delays due to an increase in delivery volume. If you are pushing orders to Ingram through your IndieCommerce or IndieLite website using Consumer Direct Fulfillment (CDF), Ingram is recommending a cutoff date of December 13th for those online orders to ship in time for Christmas. However, these are just guidelines based on current conditions and they are subject to change. It is not guaranteed that items will be shipped in time for the Christmas Holiday.

Your best strategy is to make your customers aware of this information if you are offering CDF for online order fulfillment. Encourage your customers to shop as early as possible so tht their orders arrive in time for the holidays. For more information on Ingram CDF, please review the Ingram Fulfillment FAQ
