Last week, we asked ABA member booksellers to vote on four important governance items. Please visit BookWeb now to cast your vote, and tell your colleagues to vote as well.

Thus far, only 65 booksellers have voted on these important membership decisions, which is not enough to constitute a quorum and deem the vote valid. Voting ends Tuesday, July 14, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Items up for vote are three bylaws changes as well as the ratification of the current board of directors. The results will be announced in BTW on Wednesday, July 15.
