The IndieCommerce team wants to remind you that you may experience a delay in receiving a reply to your non emergency support tickets that are submitted during Winter Institute (Wi). The IndieCommerce team will be on site in Memphis from Saturday, January 20th - Friday, January 26th. We will be closely monitoring tickets submitted during Wi, but our obligations to booksellers at Wi may delay our reply to you. Thank you for your consideration.
