Booksellers are encouraged to use the 2015 Indie Bestseller Lists, in PDF, Word, and HTML formats, as promotional tools to drive sales through the start of the new year.

Katherine Hannigan, who will be at the Wi11 Backlist Book Swap, recently wrote a letter thanking booksellers for selecting Ida B…and Her Plans to Maximize Fun, Avoid Disaster, and (Possibly) Save the World as a Revisit & Rediscover title.

Authors Lauren Groff and Elizabeth Alexander, whose recent books have been number one picks on this year’s Indie Next Lists, were also honored to have their titles named favorites by President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama, respectively.

Booksellers’ top Indie Next List pick for December is The Selected Poems of Donald Hall by the former U.S. Poet Laureate. Hall selected what he considers the best of his poems for this collection, representing 70 years’ work.
