Booksellers attending this month’s BookExpo in New York City are invited to schedule a time to talk to David Grogan, the American Booksellers Association’s director of public policy and advocacy, at the show about any advocacy issues of concern — whether it’s health care, swipe fees, minimum wage, access to capital, or other public policy issues impacting their business.

Appointments for the meetings, which will take place in the ABA Member Lounge (Booth 721 on the Javits Convention Center’s trade show floor), are available during the following hours:

  • Wednesday, May 31, between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 1, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
  • Friday, May 30, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

To make an appointment, send an e-mail indicating your preferred meeting date and time to Grogan by noon ET on Thursday, May 25.
